Pivotal Kids Clinic is happy to announce our Annual Influenza Vaccine clinic. 

 

We will have the clinic open on the following dates, and will require families to sign-up for a time prior to arriving, which can be done on our online booking system.  If you have more than one child, please book the appointment under one child, and then call the clinic to let us know which of your other children will be coming at the same time.  When it is your turn, please remember that we are only allowing one parent per child/children to enter the clinic, and ask that everyone over 4 years of age to wear a mask.  As per York Region Public Health guidelines, we will only be administering the flu vaccine to children.  We ask that parents contact their primary care physician to arrange for their own flu shot.

 

When you enter the clinic, you will check-in first and your child/children will then receive their vaccine.  We will not be able to assess your child prior to the vaccination, so if you are concerned your child may be unwell, please defer the vaccine for another day.

 

Only vaccine injections will be available this year, as the intranasal vaccine option is not being offered by Public Health.

Saturday, October 28th, 9 am - 12 pm

Thursday, November 2nd,  4:30 pm - 7 pm

Saturday November 4th, 9 am - 12 pm

Thursday November 30th, 4:30 pm - 7 pm

 

If your child has an in-clinic appointment and you would like them to receive the influenza vaccine at that time, that option is available to you.
