Please follow the link below to access our online booking service.  You will need to create a Medeo user account the first time you use this service.  If you use Medeo for your own physician's office, your children will require a separate account with a unique email address for that account.  You can create one new email account to use with all of your children.

When registering for the site, use your email address but enter your child's name and health card number, rather than your own.

Please note that you are making a request  for an online booking.  This request will be reviewed by our clinic staff and you will receive a response back.  You do NOT have a booked appointment until you hear back from the clinic.
